Experience gain from raiding

Is there any way to edit the game to eliminate this? I'm not a fan of parking fleets and farming experience cause this isn't a RPG

Yes there is. With the campaign open in the Editor, go to:

Campaign -> Edit Combat Data

Select the first relevant unit type, and then change the Attack (Convoy Raiding) value that is in the left hand column near the bottom to zero.
