I found this in the Alternate Wars Scenario Archive > TOAW3_Post_Cold_War > Hypothetical > Europe folder.

This posits a war in the island of Ireland between the UK, the Republic of Ireland and sundry sectarian paramilitaries and mercenaries.

I am not the scenario designer. I just saved it in the TOAW IV editor.
