Unit Warning: Waiting for orders

Post by helo739 »

I apologize up front if this has been answered somewhere already, I did a search and didn't find the topic.

I have a number of units on the map that are displaying this warning sign graphic. Didn't find anything in the manual about "Waiting for orders." Can someone please explain how to overcome this? Thanks.

1. There is nothing on manual about it. When manual was made, this feature wasn't existed.
2. You can't (mostly) overcome.
3. Hipothetically you can disband such units and use its troops in battle groups or other units.
4. They can activate themselves...when circumstances are met

There is no such thing as a historically accurate strategy game. Every game stops being accurate from the very first move player make. The first unit that moves ahistorically, first battle with non-historical results, means we ride into the unknown.

Thanks Khanti and Nikdav. I hadn't noticed that in reports, but now I see what you mean about units being able to activate when conditions are met. My units did activate a couple of turns into the scenario. Thanks guys!
