[1.11.12a] Rename formations calls BNs RGTs & doesn't rename RGTs

Per subject. I renamed an independent formation from "Independent MG X" to "Foo X". BN-sized elements were then named as "Foo Regiment", RGTs were "Independent MG Regiment", and DIVs were "Foo Division". I repeated this with other formations. It does not appear to affect OOB formations, only independent ones.

To add to this: formation names are getting shuffled around now. Most of mine have reverted to their original names, but some of my formation names have now showed up in the formation lists of other human players in the same game.

But did they revert to their original names for you when I got your names and switched them all back? -K

Not sure. Did you change any OOB formation names? I'm pretty sure I renamed my OOB formations this game but they're all default names now. And unfortunately I'm not sure exactly when the formations I know I changed reverted b/c I only went in and looked at formations again this turn when IP commented that their formation list had gotten some of my names mixed into it.

Sorry guys. The joys of open beta testing...

The bug will be fixed and furthermore renaming will only be possible for custom formation types.
