Albania under SU Control Event

Once the event of "Albania under SU Control" is triggered, Albania will come under Soviet Control within 37 days. However, the manual has not explained what trigger this event.

So, I look into it from the Game Event Editor.

Its condition is:
Scenario - Date (19410622) >= 194710622 (check) TRUE.

Still it has not explained what trigger the event.

Would anyone assist to decode it?

AFAIR Bulgaria switches sides, just search for albania in event editor with all checkboxes marked
