[v 1.11.12a] shadowempire.exe has stopped working

Game crashes on process end of turn. Reproducible with this save file. For context, its a PBEM game, one other player was eliminated last round, this was my first turn in which I would process EoT. (had to compress save file to zip in order to upload).

UPDATE: I can't figure it out, but after restarting my computer I am now able to process the EoT. I'll leave this post up, however, in case it should be of any use to you Vic. [12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-12700K 3.60 GHz; 64GB Ram; Windows 11 Pro]
