Matrix hotfix Issue 1.00.181

Some players had problems with the official hotfix. I checked it out today doing a full uninstall reinstall. They put the wrong files.

Steam version is correct with the right scenarios.

Matrix version is the only one that they didn't do right. I even checked it before approval and it was right so I don't know what happened.

Here are the NEW replacements files. MATRIX EDITION ONLY.... Steam is ok.

Copy/paste the folder in the zip to here. I have already put in a request to correct this.

Only Matrix WPE was botched after my approval.

This is really getting confusing so glad neither I or my PBEM opponent have installed the updates for WP and WPP. We'll wait until the fixed versions appear in My Page.

I read all the posts and realized it must be one of the versions. I don't know how it got mixed up. I pretest everything before approval. This one slipped by.

generalfrog you were the key to me solving this problem. I knew you had the Matrix edition and saw no posts on Steam complaining about it. Then the scores of old version games on the server.

Wow Alvaro, I'm really impressed at how quickly you jumped on this. I've worked as a game dev for 30 years and I rarely see a fix triaged and fixed so quickly, and that's with a whole team of developers. Kudos to you and your support!

I try. They had the official hotfix ready today but it was corrupted after testing so we try Friday.

And thanks. To me of course you get a fix out ASAP. Why not?
