New player here. Is there a manual for teh Naval War Mod, by Harry Kellog? What exactly is meant with the task force centered operations?

With the mod downloads (per scenario), he includes modding notes that explain the rationale behind the naval adjustments made with the game editor. It mainly has to do with increased naval zone of control (ZoC) to +6 in order to make it more difficult for hit & run tactics. Also increasing naval reconnaissance for screening task forces. And by making carriers much more invulnerable to strikes by naval surface units.
