I really wonder if effectiveness lost at sea is really taken into account when checking the convoy losses each turn. I know subs are not losing effectiveness so there is no problem here.

But, when CV, CVL are attacking convoy lanes, I have done several tests and the convoy losses are always almost the same whatever the effectiveness level of the CV, CVL fleet.
