Is there a way to disable the basic instruction pop-ups at the beginning of each phase?

Is there a way to disable the basic instruction pop-ups at the beginning of each phase?

I would like to be able to disable these pop-ups at the beginning of each phase. If I need help I press 'H'. I think that is sufficient.

Hi Casper

They should only show up for one complete turn and then disappear. But I'll make a note that you can disable this by pressing h again - or some other action
