[FIXED] 1278.1 - fixes to no escape zone prevent manual launches

Hi,

In the attached scenario WRA is set to no escape zone. SAM Bty fires relatively late not permitting the aircraft to escape, which is in line with expectations.

However, before AC reaches NEZ manual launch is not possible - the dialog window says that the target is out of DLZ zone. Manual launch is only possible within no escape zone (by changing RoE to HOLD) which is not in line with expectations. Additionally it may be useful (after fixing that bug) to indicate we are out of no escape zone during manual launches.

When i reload the scenario and change WRA to fire at max distance - manual fire is possible at almost the max range (in line with expectations).

Would you mind looking into it?

Yes it was (in B1283.1 already).
