Can't install latest patch

Can't install latest patch

Hi

I have downloaded the latest patch v1.25.00.02 and try to install it but the game says that it can't recognize that I have the game installed. This is very strange and I have installed earlier patches on the game and it worked fine. I have not done any change on the computer. Need some advice what to do.

Sorry to hear about the trouble, your best bet is to try and contact Matrix support as they should be able to get you back up and running again.
