[Saga] The Unicorn Phenomenon

Post by Wiedrock »

The Unicorn Phenomenon
Volume I
A saga about beeing whatever you want to be.

Volume I includes:
What makes a AFV a AFV?
What makes a MEN a MEN?
What makes a GUN a GUN?
...and no answer to any of those.

  Thank you, you made my day.

I think the answer is that it depends on the ground type of the ground element. So armored cars, SP-flak, and Light Motors types, as 3 examples, count only the men in the unit, but don't count as guns or AFVs. By using the editor you could probably come up with the complete list of what types are counted for men, guns, and AFVs, for these topline conts.
All understanding comes after the fact.

SP Flak seems to be the one which is the most strange.

I've already seen the system/categories used in the Editor and it's okay that way, I do not complain (or this would be in the tech support section)....altough it's seriously confusing. I have also read about the "Mech Infantry Performance Issue" which is also somewhat related to all those "combined ground elements". I am just trying to make sense of all this stuff and wanted to share how my brain - trying "pattern recognition" is completely overwhelmed doing so.

Edit: If everything should have it's perfect category we would need way more categories.
