Question about Scourge of War being delisted by Matrix

Forum dedicated to the Scourge of War Game set during the Napoleonic Wars. Scourge of War: Waterloo follows in the footsteps of its American Civil War predecessors and takes the action to one of the most famous battles in history. It is by far the most detailed game about the final battle of the War of the Seventh Coalition.

Question about Scourge of War being delisted by Matrix

Post by Genosse »

Here's my situation:

I have the Gettysburg 150th Anniversary Collection purchased on Matrix. I have the Waterloo Collector's Edition ONLY on Steam.

Two clarifications: Does the Gettysburg 150th Anniversary Collection include ALL American Civil War Scourge of War content: Antietam, Chancellorsville, Pipe Creek, Brandy Station? I want to make sure I don't need to get anything else to complete my ACW collection.

Second, is it OK that my Napoleonic content is not registered in my Matrix collection? Will it continue to function normally on Steam after September 1st?

Thank You and I'm sorry to hear about the change.

I have the Gettysburg 150th Anniversary Collection & it has Antietam, Chancellorsville, Pipe Creek, Brandy Station. You will find them under additional battles.

It will still work with steam.

Okay, apologies for hijacking this thread, but what happens to this game? I was thinking of buying it when it went back on sale, but apparently it is gone now. Is it possible to find copies used? I feel like that has gone the way of the dodo so I don’t hold out much hope. Hopefully this is just temporary. Thanks for any help!

Both these games were downloads so no such thing as copies. I suggest you visit the NorbSoft site and post your questions there to get answers as to the current state of these game. NorbSoft was the developer of the game. SOW Gettysburg is probably at least 10 years old. Here is the link.
