Poissy City/AF?

Should Poissy (ID 3851) not be a city rather than an airfield? It is currently marked as -1 so showing as an airfield but has Manpower a railyard and a factory. Looking it up online in 1936 pop 12,000 and there was a vehicle factory there "It is known for hosting the Automobiles Gregoire successively, Matford, Ford SAF, Simca, Chrysler, Talbot factories".

v1.02.45_beta 1941 Campaign no early end.
