Sorry, I'm not sure to understand what do these manuals (yours and the one in the other link from sPzAbt653 above) bring compare to the official one ?
Steve and worked together to create the community manual. We started with the original manual and added/updated errata found on the forums and in the development threads and also corrected some spelling and grammar. In my Word document I also added in the hyperlinks through out the document to make it easier to navigate and find stuff.

what do these manuals bring compare to the official one ?

The work on each is detailed in their threads.

Note that IIRC the corrections/updates in the community manual did not update the parts of the manual about the editor, so a fair bit of erroneous information remains in that section.
