Axis invasion of the UK?

- 2 Axis units are needed within 6 hexes of Warsaw?

Germany in the Baltic States?

Ok did some testing - seems like ussr moves 8% to allies every turn after the first 4 turns that Poland is not surrendered. I was doing a super slow Poland for the first time and that's what ended up trigging it. I had never seen that before.
