Italy going to war April 1940

I got a message when Italy as at 99% and I moved 6 French Naval units to block the ports in Africa, knowing they were about to go to war (and they did).

The Message was "Italy moral increases on Allied Invasion plans" or something close to that. But I had zero transports in the zone but I did have 7 naval units in the zone.

Just a heads up that some message or logic is not working correctly.

I will verify if Italy's Moral actually increased on the next turn.

What you may find is that both the US & Spain moved towards the Axis because of your move.

There are two triggers that will alert the Italians to Allied aggressive moves. One is deploying 2 Amphibious Transports, the other is a build up of 7 or more naval units, as what else are they going to do but attack Italy?

The effect of this perceived Allied aggression is to rally Italians to defend their country from attack.
