I am no longer being notified when a blockade runner slips through

I don't seem to be getting notified anymore when I have a blockade runner (I'm the CSA) make it (this used to happen). I'm inferring that's what happens because It has the UK mobilization jump a set amount for other factors, and, again, I'm guessing at those because I'm not getting messages on them. It'd be great if they itemized what causes each % jump for the UK.

I haven't changed anything here, have you checked to make sure you didn't turn off the 'Messages' option in Settings by mistake? Another possibility is that you're just not getting any supply ships due to Union ships blocking them (which they can do if one ship is located within two hexes of each marker on the map) or bad luck (there's only a 15% chance per turn per port for them to arrive)?
There's a detailed list of how European mobilisation increases in the Strategy Guide (page 17 for the Blue and Gray guide), unfortunately because there's a lot of little effects that add up, if I added messages for every possible condition then it would get quite spammy before too long, so that's not a really practical option.
