class Timage not found

I am trying to install and use the 1.24.03 update but keep getting a "class Timage not found" when trying to run the program.

I have attempted an uninstall and clean install but keep getting the error.

That's a new one. I just did a clean install of the v1.23.08 installer and then the v1.24.03 update with no problem. I also wanted to verify that the posted patch worked ok. I'm not seeing any issues.

I would recommend uninstalling everything and deleting any remaining EIA files, and then rebooting. Then try clean downloads for v1.23.08 and v1.2403, in case you had any corrupted files. Install as Admin and set compatibility to Win XP SP2. Open and run the game prior to installing the update patch. It should run fine. If not, then you have some odd system issue and should contact Matrix Games tech support.

Most folks are able to install and run the game without any of these technical issues. But I know some people do have issues for whatever reason. If you end up getting tech support to help and resolve your issues, please share what the problem is and what was done to resolve it. Sorry about this. Good luck!
