Feature Request - Give resources strategem cards

Could we get some give resources stratagem cards added to the game as it would be very useful in multiplayer.

I don't think more stratagem spam is the solution to this problem, I'd rather have trade be properly fixed so we can manage this issue with existing tools. Of course, having a GUI to send stuff directly would be great but I doubt, given the state of UI and quality of various dialogues, it will be done

Trade properly fixed and/or a slider for trade between regimes would be great, until that time, gift resources stratagem cards would seem to be a quick and easy bandaid to the problem in certain scenarios. Considering there is already a gift credits card it would be keeping within the original mechanics.
