Difference Between Combat Log Fleet # and Map #

Post by canuckgamer »

Last turn I noticed that the number of German subs indicated when I clicked on their hex after the resolution of attacks and interceptions was one less than what was displayed in the combat logs of the attacks. I have attached screenshots. For the subs raiding the convoy lane by North America I sunk one of them so there are two left. Clicking on the subs only indicates one sub. Similarily for the subs by Gibraltar. clicking on subs shows that there 2 subs there whereas the combat log displayed 3.

If I remember the information isn't perfect. It is estimates. But I will look into it.

Thanks Alvaro. I thought that maybe it was FOW where clicking on enemy units on the map may not necessarily give you accurate information but in both instances the on map number of subs was one less than what was displayed in the combat log.
