Attached is a saved file right before initiative. The Russians and Axis are setup. As mentioned in the play tester's folder the game freezes at initiative.

Yeah, I have to remove the USSR convoys from the sea areas. I'll do that for the next version.

There is no code written for processing naval combats. It is my intention to not have the USSR do anything with its naval units. They aren't really important in the game.

The convoys might be useful for keeping some units in the Baltic countries in supply. But in the grand scheme of things that is small potatoes. And there are far too many naval combat subphases and sub-subphases that would need AIO code to be written in order to make even the simplest of decisions.
