Nuclear Weapons and the AI

Has anyone ever seen the AI use nukes (ICBMs)? First strike? Retaliatory?

Yes and they wasted it on a militia unit.

Hmmm. Given the response, or lack thereof, the AI does not employ nukes very often, regardless of the situation. It almost sounds like Ashberry's incident report was caused by a personal slight rather than a "plan"! :)

I have seen the AI use the GR Hellraiser unit, but I have never seen it using nuclear weapons since usually the game ends before they unlock it (they must first unlock nuclear plant, which usually isn't a priority for AI, given spy reports)
