Stars in background are flickering

Stars in background are constantly flickering.

Yep, same here. If you look closely it's like one of the layers of ambient stars are static and stuttering.

Weirdly, I found this problem resolves itself after several minutes of game time (20‐30 mins). Have you noticed this?

I let the game run for over an hour and the issue did not go away So I'm still stuck.
