v1.25 Maritime Bombers

German Maritime Bomber issues

1) Attack value against transports is artificially low at 1 (compare to tac/medium bombers) and lower than against Naval/Carrier targets (who knew transports were better armored than real naval units :P)

2) Increase Naval Weapon tech for this unit problems:
2a) Fighter defense goes from 0 to [0] (i.e., no effect, so why is it showing?)
2b) No attack increase against subs (compare to tac/medium bombers, which do increase attack value against subs). Yes, they can use "Anti-Sub" tech... But why do other bombers benefit and they do not? Suggest either: 1) do not let other bomber types benefit against subs for Naval Weapons OR 2) let Maritime bombers benefit for both Naval and Anti-Sub vs. subs.

3) Attack strength is *weaker* (attack 3) against Naval/Carrier/Transport Targets than Tac/Medium bombers (attack 4)... Really? A bomber specialized for Naval warfare is weaker? Suggest, flip these values around so Martime Bombers are stronger (not weaker) against Naval type targets.

Hi

Our thinking here is that the role of the Maritime Bomber is mainly aimed at enemy subs, and the units equipped with these aircraft types were often very small.

Plus they can have 2 strikes which would risk over-representing their combat power if some of their other factors were better.

For 2a) This is because it just receives a 0.5 increase per level, so it shows that it is receiving an increase, just not one that counts. The implication being that researching another level will provide a genuine increase of 1.
