Hi, there - I have a problem connected with running a recent game date. It specifically concerns a relatively elaborate operation - air attacks on Soerebaja Port with pre-raid fighter sweeps, escorted bombing missions from bases in the Malay Barrier and sweeps and torpedo-bomber raids from carriers in the Indian Ocean. I am playing the allied side.

When running the combat sequence I noticed that there were no references (events) to this operation which, with its planned magnitude, was rather strange. Checking the "air losses" in the "I" screen it was, however, clear that something serious had taken place as allied losses in planes were around 200 - Japanese around 80, and two Japanese ships were confirmed as sunk in Soerebaja. When checking the "combatreport" in the external "SAVE" file there was also no reference to any action against Soerebaja Port, except a couple of small air-mining missions.

However, opening the "combatreport" on the game meny line it was all there - more than half a dozen bombing raids and fighter sweeps with quite a few bomb hits and, among others, torpedo hits on Yamato and Musashi. Can anyone explain this?
