ABANDONING A HEX

There have been times when i have found it prudent to leave a hex that I know will be taken, sometimes this hex will have an airbase or a city. is there a way to do this and make sure everything is removed and no supplies are are added prior to the commies take it????????

You can't raze city nor airbase but you can destroy depot.
