bug chain of command overlay for enemy

One more bug.

When selecting chain of command overlay and selecting enemy unit, the line shows where the enemy HQ unit is located despite no unit being visible.

Also noted. Seems like a number of things slipped through into the info that should have been turned off for game play. Most of this is meant for debug. We will work on it for the January update.
OTS is looking forward to Southern Storm getting released!
