[1.12i] Borders are not visible on minimap

This is very important for map generation, because in absense of fair map generation algorithms players have to manually survey the map for equal amounts of minors.

Colouring regimes would be awesome and save a lot of time when generating maps for multiplayer yes.

They are not really borders yet at that stage. Might be a bit difficult to do this. Sorry guys. Cannot say yes to every request.

Er, there are borders at this stage (apocalypse), you can see them in my picture, and they used to be in the minimap too until some recent patch broke them.

ah okay.. i thought this was earlier stage..
