Are SHQ using willpower?

The willpower tooltip in character screen mentions clearly that willpower is important for SHQ. I am not aware of any effect of willpower and nobody on discord was able to mention any. So I'm asking here: is anybody aware of any effect? If not, I would suggest to change the tooltip as it's confusing.

You're right. Its an old artifact from long-ago revised rules. Will remove next version. Thanks for reporting!
