ok just read this. will edit this post with first decisions
SU counter vs GE: none
SU counter v JP: La-7

GE a2a round 1 14 AA - I chose bomber but it won't matter since SU will abort anyway after round 1
SU a2a round 1 16 DA - front fighter
SU will abort the a2a - where to return the 4 GE FTRs?

Near Vlad it's -1ax/+1al first round both miss (13,10 rolls).
I will assume ax will stay and proceed to round 2.
EDIT: Now I am doubting my assumption. Will ax stay for round 2? I'll wait to hear.

Does first loss have to be winterized or engineer or motorized if all 3 types are involved (winter, across river, blitz) - does anyone know the order?

- When using the Blitz table, no matter who chose it, the attacker’s first
loss must be MOT, MECH, ARM, or HQ-A if any of those attacked (even
before winterized unit loss, but after ENG loss).

- If an ENG provides any benefits in an attack, it always suffers the first loss (even before elite units attacking
in winter).

Edit: Prio order is ENG, then MOT, and lastly winterized.

ty for the help with losses. ENG,MOT,WINT is what I was hoping to discover. :)

2 attacks. Not all SU fighters are shown in the screenshot. Counters avail are: 86655
I assumed GE HQ commit, and JP max shore bombard support.
I can go back if either assumption is wrong.
Allies will call table in both attacks.
What Axis air will fly & ART will fire?
Any instructions about losses to take will be helpful also.

How many winterized units in each attack? Also any over river?

In Ukraine NO HQ support and NO planes or ART support. First loss MIL, Second loss GAR.
Near Vlad Max Defensive shore bombarment and ART support. First loss GAR, Second loss AT.

I just noticed there is 3-2 IT AA in the Hex in Ukraine. And a 4-1 AA behind it. Fire the Italian AA? The other?
