What game is this in the pic? (figured out)

What game is this in the pic? (figured out)

Image attached. Seems was used in conjunction with Command PE. On the bottom left on the laptop, looks like another game, has hex blocks, seems like a geopolitical/strategic level? Anyone able to name?

Looks similar, thought it might've been a form of Vassal platform too. The WarPaths one, I can't seem to find hexagon backgrounds, nice tool tho!

Ah it's a PDF file.... it just has content that has a hexagon background.

Would be awesome if we could do something like the above. My mates here aren't as inclined to milsims as much as myself so its hard to find a room full of us ha!
