Can only access Arnhem

I recently bought V&V plus Stalingrad, Cholm and Arnhem. I installed them and the most recent update in order. On trying to run the game I can only get the Arnhem scenarios and there is no option to access the others. Anybody have any ideas?

Did you manage to sort this out?
