Game Is Hard On My Eyes

My monitor is 1920 x 1080. Not sure why but the game is a bit hard on the eyes. Has anyone else had the same issue? Any ideas on ways to fix it? I have been able to update some of the fonts but I still find it hard to play the game for long periods of time.

You could change your screen resolution. Or zoom in using the Y key and zoom out using shift+Y.

What would you recommend for screen resolution and how do you change it in game?

Thank you. I used a mix of those tips and it really helped. Is there a way to be permanently zoomed in? I press the Y button to zoom in but when I use the battle planner it zooms me back out.

Also, I tried changing my resolution but it only blacked out the sides of the monitor. It didn't stretch the game to the end of the screen. Any idea on how to fix that?
