Planes not taking off on missions from ABs

Settings: Autosave enabled, unit system in knots, allow switching to High-Performance power scheme, sonobuoy visibility ghosted, RP visibility normal, Map Cursor databox visibility show on cursor, map symbols directional stylized, show ghosted group members selected groups show plotted paths selected unit, show flightplans (airborne a/c) all, show flightplans (planned) all, display country and city names on, use personal map profile on, show dynamic noise values when ASW range rings enabled on, game sounds on, game music off, extra memory protection off, non-friendly range symbols on, display all targeting vectors off, display all datalinks on, show ghosted group members on, friendly range symbols on, display illumination vectors on, display all contact emissions on.

In this mission, I've set my tankers and EWACS aircraft to fly specific tracks in the Persian Gulf. They were assigned to these missions at scenario start. However, the planes did not take off from their home ABs.

I get the expected result here.
In my tests it takes about 20 seconds for the aircrafts to start taxiing, then if you check the airbase you'll notice the current status of the aircrafts. In total it took about 3 minutes from the start of the scenario to see the planes take off.
