Renames in Editor

I am working on my own mod for the German 1941 Campaign and am wondering if the unit renames that occur during the turns for various units are hardcoded into the game because I find some of them to be inaccurate and others I would like to change. If they are not hardcoded, how would I be able to change them or remove them from their pre-disposed name change?

renames are visible/changeable in the new editor for both land and air units.
See link in top right in the Editor main menu

1. what Denniss was talking about + example

2. the "SUFFIX" coming from the OB (which Denniss just thaught/tought ....teached me some days ago in this thread)
