Except for Port Moresby, things do not look too bad.

in Burma, defensive line is firmly established. In China, stalemate mainly stays. Some intensive combat in Wuchang.

Port Moresby is troublesome place. Battles around and in it has cost IJN (allegedly) CVL Ryoho and BB Yamato. USN/RN/RAN have had CV Enterprise damaged by gunfire and torpedo. Fortunately PoW was not the other ship getting torpedoed earlier, but CA Houston. Both are safely in Sydney Repair Yard.

I am trying to sneak in xAKLs for resupply, but it seems difficult, mainly because continuous IJN "Tokyo Express". My submarine barrier, while causing attrition, seems not to deter IJN much. And of course using air power is solely in hands of USN CVs, since PM AF is closed.

Fortunately, in upcoming weeks, CVs Hornet and Wasp will arrive to Sydney to address the issue.

Situation in Port Moresby is so annoying, that I am bringing all my carriers to SW Pacific, including one British.

Also, British BBs and BC Repulse are joining. Lack of BBs with decent night fighting experience will help, since I could not risk my CA/CL force in surface combat vs. IJN TFs with couple of BBs.
