Question on the minefield,
why the minefields are visible on the map for both sides even at Grognard difficulty setting?

The game supports known (yellow) minefields, NATO (blue) minefields and Warsaw Pact minefields.
Yellow minefields are known to all.
NATO minefields are only known (and visible) to NATO until Warsaw Pact units stumble into them.
Warsaw Pact minefields are only known (and visible) to Warsaw Pact until NATO units stumble into them.

The scenario designer has the choice to place hidden or known minefields on the map.

I will also note that artillery or air-dropped mines are yellow and visible to both sides.
OTS is looking forward to Southern Storm getting released!
