Maddening, I had Avengers set to Naval Attack hoping to hit TFs in Rangoon, but they went to Moulmein instead.
I lost lots of them and of course scored no hits, he had lots of Franks on CAP. Such is how my war goes.

I did a DA at Rangoon. As expected carnage occurred. I did lower the forts. This is a bit like the Japanese assaulting
Singapore early in the game. I just need to continue to pound away. I have the two units that suffered the most moving
to Prome to recover and I have more units that are moving in. A few days rest and than another attack

Two IJN subs were sunk at Hollandia, it looks like they were there to lay mines since my TFs detected them and swept a few.

Sweeping more mines in base and non-base hexes of New Guinea.

Sweeping mines at bases in Burma/India

Sweeping mines in hex SE of Rabaul

A SCTF attacked an IJN sub at Cox's Bazar, no sinking confirmed, but some direct hits

Night bombing of port at Biak, disrupted by USMC Corsairs, no damage. A NF unit was dispatched to Biak

Xargun is sweeping and bombing units in the Jungle in China and Thailand, no real damage. I am not really attacking, just moved to better observe.

My units in Rangoon gained 78 AV, another DA soon

Not a lot.

SS Aspro put a Mk-14 into TK Nissyu Maru a few hexes South of Hong Kong. It didn't sink, yet.

A few bomber missions flew, many grounded due to weather.

One of those things I hate, Xargun moved a unit from the hex SE of Pegu to Moulmein and my bombers followed it, running into a CAP trap.

I lost 5 Corsairs( 3 air-2-air, and 2 ops ) Not the finest hour for the fighter pilots.

I lost a number of merchant, patrol, and AM ships. And again, nothing that will really slow me down. I have to get supply and fuel
to Biak, and it looks like it will cost me. I am moving some forces into the area that may change the balance of power.

At Rangoon, another DA and another lowering of the forts
Because my bombing and Ground bombardment attacks are ineffective, I will have to bludgeon him./
It will be costly, but necessary.

Not much to tell. Small amounts of bombing by both sides, no real damage.

DA at Rangoon tomorrow.

Some bombing, Xargun tried bombing my troops at Rangoon, but failed to do much. As can be seen in the DA screens, I have a good amount of AA in the hex

Another DA at Rangoon, lowers the forts to 3. Interesting that the level 3 forts do not show up in the CR. He still got a pretty large multiplier in his
adjusted defense, but I did manage to destroy a good number of troops. I will need 4 days to recover before launching another DA

And more bombs on Rangoon. I ordered a DA tomorrow, a day early. My disruption went down well, so it is time to try and loser the forts to 2.

And so everyone knows, I will be out of town for about 10 days or so. There will be no updates, but there might be one or two left today.

A lot of bombs fell on the Japanese troops at Rangoon and then a DA
Things are looking good. Forts down to 2 and his squad looses are much higher than mine. Most of my losses
are in disabled squads. Disruption of my units is again medium high, so I will need to wait a turn or two, plus I have more
units arriving in the next two turns.
