[WAD\PARTLY FIXED][B1300.1] Loading large .scen file take very long time.

I'm trying to contract the very large scenario (28.2MB). It started to take 4-5 hours loading the .scen file after updating B1300.1. Before B1294.1 it took only a few minutes to load similar sized .scen files. Between B1297.1 to B1298.1, I could not load these files because of errors.

Is this phenomenon a kind of error?

Okay, so there are two related issues on this, both stemming from the massive size.

1) There was a logic flaw in the "load scenario" process which slowed down significantly if the used-memory value exceeded a certain threshold. As you might suspect this happens a lot in this case.

2) Good old out-of-memory exception, again caused by the scenario size. Not much we can do about this ATM.

Fixed the first issue for the next update, but for the second one you'll have to wait for the 64-bit release.
