ADATS effective anti-helo fire range

Gents,

I was playing "A brief moment in time" PBEM++ and noticed that ADATS were not shooting to helicopters during the game.

I made some testing and noticed ADATS start shooting helis only at distances closer than 1600 meters. Though the Stats, SOP rings and Multilayer "Air-Defence against Helicopters" show 10,000 meters maximum range.
I used "Maximum range" SOP settings for Fire. Also, it seemed to me that ADATS's did not use Radar for spotting at all, though it was Energised.

We did find and fix a problem where indeed AA vehicles didn't use the RADAR despite this looking to be energized. It will be in the next update. (It's already available for beta-testers).
