That will help with working out what is causing it.

One thing I have always missed from game would be ability of units with no engineers or combat engineers to be able to fortify base.

They do that just fine outside the base, thus it is bit strange that they lose that ability when in base.

It's not that grunts would forget how to use spade and dig in when having base amenities...or maybe that's why... 8-)

I sent the CV that starts in Jamaica and the DDs that should be at Manila but were in New Orleans partying to Balboa. It used to work before but not now. They ended up in a box near Aden. I was eventually able to get them to Scotora.

The Townsville Fortress, a CD Defense unit, has three unidentified devices showing. Are they "Ladies Of The Evening?" Perhaps, yes?

Create TF on East Coast and route it to Balboa. End of steps.

Evidently its coded that TF's have to go Cristobal then Balboa (Panama Cannal) or else they route east all the way across the map.

BUT, the Beta has two versions. I am playing the version NOT for Win 11. I haven't tried on the Win 11 version. (I will note there are differences between the two versions, such as on the Win 11 you have to click to disband a TF and on the non-Win 11 version you do not. At least on my PC that is)

Sorry for my own delay in a response.

So if anyone else had the same problem - I sent the UK CV at Jamaica to Balboa, and ended up in the Abadan box. Is it possible to get it somehow back to Cristobal or any other non-map base, just so it doesn't run out of fuel and sink? It also doesn't show the amount of days left it's supposed to appear on map.

Yes, I rerouted mine to Scoodra ;) . . .

The Leander class has only 10 units of ammo in the front magazines for their main guns but 18 units of ammo for the rear turrets. So is this intentional because the Kiwis are such cowards that they tend to run away from an enemy or is it just a mistertake?

Unlike this US Cavalry Unit under a certain officer with the last name of Patton!

RangerJoe, why do you post these pictures every time and everywhere? They take up too much space and distract from topic. I understand you're a fun guy, but we're here trying to fix problems and make game better! Don't do this, please.
Does everyone like it?

P.S. On new forum, it would be better to create a spoiler to hide such drawings, this would be a big plus. But alas...

I like the pictures that RJ posts. They don't bother me in the slightest. Copied two and sent out in emails as funnies for friends to have a laugh.

RJs cats and Cavalry posts are my favorites, I have a 5K HD monitor and they don't take up much space at all, after I read his post they always make you think or laugh or go ahhh...

In one sense it is an "entertainment" thread, as are all war games and we should not be too serious for our hobby.

I don't always post pictures . . .

How does posting a picture showing how the front magazine only holds 10 units of ammunition for the main guns while the rear magazine holds 18 units of ammunition distract from the main topic of finding a possible error since it shows the possible error unless the ship is more concerned with running away from a fight unlike that unit of the US Cavalry which does the opposite?

I think your post could be eligible for a good warning because, maybe unintentionally:

1- You are criticiziyng directly and publicily a forum member without privately contacting him.
2- You launched an insidiouls poll to the forum asking a like or not about his behaviour.
3- You spoke as a forum moderator giving the impression that the actual cannot be able to do well his work!

So please let Ranger Joe do his good work (that is more appreciated of what you think.)
and enjoy. ;)

Trying not to detract from topic too much like previous posters, but I agree with Edward75. RJs huge pictures are annoying. I suggest that people who want to see that go to a forum on that.

The beta is looking good.

I suggest you to read also the forum FAQ where is clearly specified how to avoid other members posts!!

Friends and Foes

What are my Friends and Foes lists?

You can use these lists to organise other members of the board. Members added to your friends list will be listed within your User Control Panel for quick access to see their online status and to send them private messages. Subject to template support, posts from these users may also be highlighted. If you add a user to your foes list, any posts they make will be hidden by default.
Top
How can I add / remove users to my Friends or Foes list?
You can add users to your list in two ways. Within each user’s profile, there is a link to add them to either your Friend or Foe list. Alternatively, from your User Control Panel, you can directly add users by entering their member name. You may also remove users from your list using the same page.
