Missing flag images

I've noticed that HQ's for Persia, and a few others are missing their flags. How do I go about fixing this, thanks.

You could add them to the following files that can be found here in the main game installation's Bitmaps folder:

Paint.net is a good program to use for PNG images

I like Affinity Photo as it is just as powerful as Photoshop and you only pay a one time fee.
