Nuclear duds [CMO War Planner]

Kh-15 nuclear tipped rockets launched from Tu-95MSM fall on the target without exploding.

Use of nuclear weapons is allowed. WRA settings seems fine since the rockets are released.

Attacking the same target with nuclear Iskanders works.

According to the Weapon Endgame logs, ALL rockets have malfunctioned:

There is a different problem with AS-15 / Kh-555M.

It makes WRA unusable.

You can either get ALL inherited settings:

Additionally, you cannot open 'Aircraft' window at the airport hosting planes with the missiles. This works at other airports.

'Bears' loaded with Kh-555M behave strangely. Weapon release points are very close to the airbase they start from. They don't fire the long range missiles though, but instead fly toward the target. And keep holding fire till the end.

Meanwhile, 'Bears' loaded with Kh-15 release missiles at some 100nm (very rough estimate) to the target. Unfortunatelly, as was mentioned earlier, all nukes are dudes.

CMO seems to reflect the (media reported) reliability pretty accurately;)

Or is it just a wishful thinking...?

Neverheless, I wouldn't base my escalation management strategy on such simulation results.
