[FIXED] It is not possible to launch and land some UAV Type

can not be startet and landed anywhere

i tried with all typs of airbases, launching units, ships

In the case shown it needs a UAV launcher for the bigger UAV. The air base only has the launcher for the smaller UAV.

In general, for ships, the launcher is assumed to be with the UAV so it can take off from open spaces if possible. This was done for the small launchers, there is no specific code for the bigger ones as they were not present in the DB when this was coded. Will need to review that.

UAV air ops have been enhanced so that those requiring a 'catapult' will be able to use any open-air facility to take-off/land. This used to apply only to ships but has been expanded.
Will be available in next build.
