What files do I have to transfer to move my saved games to the new computer?

You could just move the entire saved games folder.

You will need to install the game at least once on your new computer, it sets up some Windows Registry items.

Then you can just move then entire folder to your new computer.

As already mentioned you have to install once on each PC. Myself I use "Onedrive" as the file location, this way I can access from desktop, laptop and tablet.
