Strange ZOC result

If the second hex is in a ZOC, it seems fine to me. 1 OP for first hex and 3 (1+2 for ZOC) for the second one.

Perhaps you forgot, this is 100% reproducible on turn 1 of the 1939 game.

On Turn 1...Germany rail the Corp in Berlin to the Danish border.
NOW Hex 168,59 has no ZOC. ONLY this hex and ONLY if you use move in or through that hex first.

IF you move ANY other unit or attack the ZOC returns.


I know I pointed this out to you a while ago but you never found the cause.


FYI I do this this happen randomly. Not sure HOW to reproduce consistently or know what causes it. ONLY the on the first turn can I do this 100% of the time.

I always thought that ZOCs should be minimal for the first turn invasion...

Maybe it is just a surprise so no ZOC.

No I replicated it on the 1st turn after a rail. At least I know where to start.
