[FIXED][v1.05 B1307] Bonus #1,#2 carrier magazine is empty

There is a problem with the Bonus #1 and #2 scenario.

In Bonus #1: The Empire Strikes Back, HMS Ark Royal's carrier magazine is empty.

In Bonus #2: Operation Mikado, HMS Duke of Edinburgh's carrier magazine is empty.

Re-arm of aircraft is not possible.

Confirmed fixed as of 1468 CIV.
