long does it take before they start producing aircraft again?.I expanded my zero production at maebashi and its been a couple of weeks and no zeros something does not seem right.

Stockpile 10k of supply

For a/c that can be built just expnding a factory does not result in their immediate production, the factory has to be repaired before this can happen. For the factory to repair you need min of 10K supply at the base then every turn your factory will repair one point. I say min 10K as other stuff based or being built there will also consume supply so you will quite possible need substansially more than 10K for it to repair.
